Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance. This allows you to properly organize your time and prepare each service.

2. Same-day appointments

Same-day appointments may be possible depending on availability. In this case, it is necessary to communicate first to confirm if there is any time available before booking.

3. Late arrivals

It is recommended to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the service could be reduced or rescheduled depending on the time available.

4. Cancellations and reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so well in advance to allow that space to be offered to another client.

5. Visitors

To maintain an organized work environment, companions or children are not allowed during appointments.

6. Payment methods

Apple Pay and all payment methods available through the Square system are accepted.
